I do not have enough words to explain how life changing it has been for me after my surgery(amniotic membrane graft) at this hospital indeed the tag line 'eyes like new' is a perfect expression. They have given me hope, life and an affirmation of deep faith in God to always have a solution in his own time.
I could write an entire book describing how my life has changed after the surgery. Dr. Smit is a gem and I admire his Pre during and post engagements with patients and I doubt if the earth has another like him and for the staff relation I haven't seen that in a long while, good customer relations and much with love and care.

I was happy to visit the Dr Agarwal's Eye Hospital in Accra. The facility is easy to access, clean and has ample lighting. There are waiters dedicated to helping you go through your way. Doctors, Nurses and other technical experts receive you with patience and explain in detail what the issues are. I also felt I was listened and so I was comfortable sharing my issues.

Unexpected amazing service. To be honest, we were very much hesitant and worried to try any eye hospitals after trying out few countries for my dad's cataract operation. And decided to visit Dr.Agrawals eye hospital to do a consultation to see what their opinion was. Unlike many other hospitals adding fear to worries,Dr. Smit M Bavariya explained us and made us feel confident thus putting our worries at rest. We were fully convinced after his confidence and expertise over the surgery he was to perform. Hence decided to go forward with it only because of his confidence. One of the best doctors whom we met who primarily gave us the confidence to decide and go forward.
Mr.Prakash who had been in contact right from the point of enquiry till the end of the surgery and then after to check up on us on calls and review visits. Made us feel full comfort and reliability which also because a major part in decision making. Excellence in detailing, transparency at every point, open to discussions and flexibility was always abundance with both Mr.Prakash and Dr. Smit in understanding and keeping us comfortable all throughout the surgery.
Mr. Solomon who is the head of the optical department also had great patience and provided customized solution for the eye wears. All the above stated Individuals along with the Local staff Mr.Moses surgery department, Dr.Raj from operation theatre, Ms.Rita Pre surgery test department were so friendly and very much considerate on the patient's needs sitting there we can easily say the entire team is far too supportive in making you cinfortable right from reception till the review visits after surgery had always made us feel comfortable moving the extra mile for the patients. Which was beyond our expectations. We are very much grateful that we decided to go with this team.
Dr. Smit's expertise and confidence is very much need of the hour which was provided beyond expectations. I had seen his surgery and can vouch and recommended anybody who has a second thought over his skill. Not only performance but the phase at which it was performed and the results were all beyond expectations.

Very fast and efficient service. The doctors are evidently experienced and knowledgeable about their job. Staff very cordial and helpful.

Very nice service. And i have reached very late at closing hours. But still they gave me very much importance and served quick and cared alot.

I had cataract removal surgeries done in both eyes early this year. My experience was exceptionally good. The care of the nurses and doctors was commendable and I am very grateful to them. The hospital has very modern machines that aid proper diagnosis of the patient's problem, thus enabling the best treatment for him/her. I would confidently and happily recommend the hospital to other people who need eye care.

A very cool environment everyone there was really friendly, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place. I had an eye infection and I almost gave up on it getting better but after visiting Dr. AGARWAL Alhamdulilah I'm better now. The doctor who treated me really assured me I would be ok and I am.
