They have an outstanding customer service. I've noticed one guy there called Emmanuel. Always, he takes the time to explain everything vividly to people till they perceive the menu and their service. I always feel comfortable calling him for help. He'd gladly respond and he's ever ready to help

A very nice place to be

KFC is a place where all people are equally respected. I went to KFC Bekwai today and I was more than happy. I met a guy in nice red and White uniform. He he helped me to choose the best best burger package. I'm really moved by something he did; A minutes after I took the order, a white man came to make an order. We were the only 2 customers there. But the teller called the white guy to come for his food. Then the guy stopped the teller and asked why she didn't do "first come, first serve?" When he found out,
He then came to me and told me they're preparing my burger fresh and hot but the white guy bought just ice cream, that was why he was being served before me. He apologized sincerely. I was so happy and more than okay cus I felt I was highly respected. Even the white guy gave him a thumbs up for what he did. In less than 5 minutes, I got my fresh and hot burger! I've never experienced this anywhere aside your place. It's an unforgettable moment for me. You treat everybody equal with utmost respect. So fair. The gentleman is called Emmanuel. KFC is a home.
