If you want to overpay for your meds, this is the place to come. They'll charge you 2 to 10 times the price of meds and supplements you can easily acquire elsewhere. Do your wallet a huge favor and avoid this place even if your life depended on it. It's clearly run by very greedy higher-ups who only care about their bottom line, with no regard for cost-effectiveness to the customer. You won't get a whiff of me in your shop ever again. And I'll do well to spread the word to my peers. It should be downright illegal to surcharge at this rate in a serious country.

Had a very bad experience with them. No star given. I went there around 9:30pm and the sign on it showed opened but we entered and a man I believe to be an employee just gave a sign that we should go out. No one even tried to listen to our issue. This is a health related job and I think things should be done diligently and with empathy.

This pharmacy sacks the pharmacist at the reception doesn’t know anything about customer service. She a disgrace to the campany. You can process someone prescription without asking the process of payment but rather insist on your choice of payment. This is preposterous and there is no empathy. I’m referring to the branch in the Kumasi mall.
