Perfect place for retreats especially personal retreats.
The atmosphere is serene enough for meditation. All The facilities are also perfect for residential retreats.

And oh I almost forgot, the food too is on point for "non-fasting" retreatants.

It is a vast cool and quiet place with well kept and neat compound with many trees and different types of accommodation to suit different needs. It is an ideal place for individual and group retreats. Apart from the chaples, some of the rooms have Blessed Sacraments in them to aid personal prayer and adoration. On every Friday there is adoration and Bible teachings at the Valley which starts at 9.30am The Valley offers group and individual counseling sessions. Meals are good and served on time.

The place is owned and operated by the Catholic Church and is a place of prayer and refreshment. It is just a walking distance from the Afrangua Junction immediately after the Saltpond bypass.The place is environmentally green everywhere with complete lodging facility for camping, retreats, etc. It is also a very silent place and the Franciscan Friars live there.

I love it.. Great environment to have an encounter with God alone or together with your family. Not enough sleeping facilities for huge numbers
