Unity Ecovillage

This is a rare gem. Isaac has built an amazing space for experiencing and learning about all that Ghana has to offer. This is not a “tourist village,” this is a unique experience in a breathtakingly beautiful region of Ghana that feels very remote, but is easy to get to. No matter what you go there for, Isaac and his staff will make it an unforgettable experience. I brought my students there for a one-day workshop and no one wanted to leave. I highly recommend this space for educational programming and a chance to really experience Ghanaian village life. Lodging is also very comfortable and the food is amazing. I’d give it six stars if I could.

This is just an utopia build from nothing. Isaac Hirt-Mannheimer did an unbelievable job making an organic farm, restaurant, meeting place and also accomodation with passion and love. This place is like a safe haven with cool breeze upon a hill with beautiful nature all around. The accomodation huts made with traditional techniques are cozy, clean and nice. Restaurant was great, we had a nice buffet like lunch with traditional Ghanaian dishes. Truly a wonderful and magical place.

I spent 2 nights at unity ecovillage and it was an amazing experience! Isaac and his family are very nice and helpful. We had some tasty organic food produced in their lovely garden, we had a tour around the ecovillage and they even invited us in a community celebration, where we had a lot of fun with the chiefs and the youth on the dance floor. The place is very tranquil and perfect for relaxation, I definitely recommend the place!

My wife and I spent a week at Unity Ecovillage and loved the artful and ecologically sustainable architecture, homegrown organic fruits and vegetables, the ocean breezes and scenic vistas, and the attentive hospitality of the hosts -- altogether a tranquil and inspiring experience.

My sister and I spent 5 days there in February 2019 and loved it. It's quiet and peaceful, the rooms were clean and nicely furnished. Everyone treated us very well and were super attentive. We hope we're able to return there soon

Beautiful place with nice eco-constructions, well taken care of. You get an idea how to life in harmony with nature and use its resources wisely. Highly recommended.

It was amazing. The environment was so peaceful. The air was sooo fresh! The food and pancake was amazing and the service was great. I can’t wait to come back.

Its a home away from home and eco friendly too.
