I was really impressed . The courtesy started from customs, they really impressed me with all support , to investigate and confirmed the import .
At the inspection , the officer assured to assist me because of my age .
Equally ,.very responsive. I'm OK with them , no comlain. I'm satisfied .
The officer at RM 5 was equally OK

I have been in Ghana for almost 12 years plus, and today was at DVLA Tema for getting International Driving Permit.

I had viewed DVLA online earlier and was greatly impressed, but was not sure of situation on ground. My local driver suggested to go through an agent, but I refused as I wanted to get the feel myself

The staff at Customer Service window were very courteous and professional, giving clear directions and steps. All the staff were very cooperative and helpful. The Regional Manager immediately cleared the docs

Nice place but the roads are really confusing, was so hard trying to locate there. I think you need to put directional signage from the main road. Aside that, its a nice place ,huge car park.

Went to renew my driver's license. It was easy, quick and convenient. Thumbs up to Tema DVLA. My only problem is the road is bad and needs a face lift.

The app works good but the engineers should be abreast with current construction of road so as to help user navigate better through and fro through the City.

Very professional client service right in the parking are when you approach. Good idea since this will cut out middlemen.

Long process, but convenient

DVLA is the government agency with the power to test and issues driving license, roadworthiness certificates and registration of new vehicles as well as road safety and inspections. I went to the Tema branch office of the DVLA for my renewed driver's license today.
