New Crystal Hospital, Ashaiman

The resident dentist is amazing. I don't know how the x-ray department works but you'll have to wait a bit with no explanation. But when he did come, he was excellent at his job.

I went to the Adjei kojo branch and It was one of the noisiest hospital I have ever been. The nurses were very noisy, one nurse came to administer medicine for my child who was sleeping and she was playing loud music on her phone. The night nurses walks about dragging their feet and gisting disturbing patients who are to sleep for some rest to get better. Aside that their services were good. Would be one of the best if they address these problems.

I was not happy when I went there due to the fact that I had been to their Adjei Kojo branch and had their card but when I got to the Ashaiman branch I was asked to pay another fee for a card and I wondered if they all don't share the same data base. If they do then it is mere extortion but if they don't then they need to learn that to improve their services.

Good health service

I have been there because I had keloids and needed a surgery. I went there, paid for consultation and they told me to come next time to meet dermatologist ( knowing well they don’t have dermatologist) and I was told to come by Monday before 12. On Friday they called that dermatologist came and I had to come. I rushed immediately after I was done with my exams knowing I leave around Trade Fair which is very far from there I paid transport 120ghc to go and leave. I got there paid consultation 200ghc and at the end they told me there’s no dermatologist and they will refund me back. Note that this was in the first week of June, we are 16 August today and staff of the hospital has been turning me around ignoring my calls and not refunding my money that as a student thriving in the country I paid for and I didn’t gain any service from it. They ignore my calls and text till date. I’ll keep on leaving reviews of this experience till I hear back from you. This is so bad coming from staff working there taking money and not keeping me updated.
