We had a very good experience with this company. We communicated with Yao, and after informing him of our itinerary a month in advance, he asked us to confirm with him the location and time we'd get picked up the day before we arrive in Accra. We did so, and the next day, our driver, Steven, arrived on time, and we got another phone call from Yao to confirm everything was alright. Steven drove us to their main office, where we paid in advance, after refuelling to make sure we start out with a full tank of gas.

Steven drove well, and was punctual. I don't believe he was ever more than 15 minutes late in picking us up in the morning, which, given the condition of roads and traffic in Ghana, we were impressed with. He mostly kept to himself during the five days he drove us around, and overall we found his demeanour to be competent and professional.

I'd hate to rate the company so low, but after our experience with one of their drivers, it is necessary.

We reserved a large passenger van to go from Accra to Cape Coast and were told to expect the driver to arrive 30 minutes before our 8am departure time. After our driver, Abraham, did not show, we called multiple times. When we finally heard from Abraham, he said he was 15 minutes away. Half an hour later when he still hadn't shown up, we got a hold of him again and he said there was traffic, but he would be there in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later he shows up apologizing. Overall, he was about 1 hour and 15 minutes late.

When we finally pulled away from the hotel, we really saw how much of an unprofessional Abraham was. He was speeding, tailgating, flashing lights at drivers he perceived were going too slow, passing on bends and ultimately putting our lives in danger.

Things didn't change on the way back and felt worse because it was dark. When we reached the hotel, Abraham told us to give him 350 Ghana Cedis for gas. This felt too high, so we told him we would accompany him to the gas station and pay for the gas ourselves. When the pump stopped at 225 Ghana Cedis, Abraham literally started shaking the van to get more gas in the tank. The final price was 230 Ghana Cedis, 120 Ghana Cedis less than what Abraham quoted us. He couldn't look us in the face then proceeded to dangerously drive us us back to our hotel.

I'm sure the company is great, but they need to have a better process for getting drivers. Abraham is a danger to customers and other drivers on the road.

The lady who picks the call has no good customer service relation she is rude
