Our experience at Villa Awoyo Resort was absolutely fantastic! From the cleanliness of the facilities to the delicious food to the very kind and attentive staff- I highly recommend. Spent a great time in the pool and enjoying the peaceful scenery. We tried a variety of the menu and loved every dish! If you’re considering for you and your family, BOOK!

A memorable time in Villa Awoyo with my husband. Absolutely fab time. Exclusive venue for my birthday celebrations. The services were excellent and the staff very helpful. Good manners and excellent customer service.
Everything about Villa Awoyo is 5* and I intend to host a grand event there just because their services and venue is 1st class.
I have told friends and family all about our experience. Nice to know that Ghana 🇬🇭 has exquisite locations away from Accra equally matching up to European standards.

Last week we spent an AMAZING time at Villa Awoyo. The place is beautiful and serene. The staff are warm and welcoming. They take care of your every need. The location is STUNNING. The kids' playground is huge and with so much to offer. The whole place is very well maintained. The scenery is as you would expect. The pool, too, is very clean. I could write all day about it really. Another important point concerns the menu. It is compact BUT (and this is a big point of contention for me usually) everything that is on the menu is actually available!!! I would not hesitate to recommend this place.

Everything about my trip with my sisters to Villa Awoyo was relaxing and Famia(owner) took her time to explain in detail everything we needed to know to prepare us for the trip there and whilst we were there.
She really put a lot of love and heart into this place to make your stay as restful and fun with your close friends and/ family.
All her staff were really nice and extremely serviceable.
The rooms, bathrooms, washrooms hallways, reception area and outdoors all kept very clean.
Food was very tasty and fresh.
We loved every moment of our stay .Looking forward to my next trip to Villa Awoyo this time with the kids.

Top-notch service from the welcome drink to the goodbye car-wash. It's the little things that makes one's stay amazing. Staff are welcoming and receptive to feedback and that's all a customer wants.

Koodos to their 👨‍🍳...we ate all the prawns & tilapia we could. We were even lucky to catch a tilapia harvest on our last day. Zero mosquitoes people! Zero! So much cross-ventilation, airyness, and lightness to this resort.

Great service, helpful staff, beautiful rooms, delicious meals, serene environment, and very clean! Only issue (a very small one) was the portion sizes of meals (especially breakfast) however, other than that, my group and I had an all-round awesome experience!

Serene environment and a nice place to stay super safe and secure. Food is awesome and chef will help in selecting food that matches your taste as well. Excellent support staffs 24x7 . We enjoyed the snooker and the swimming pool thoroughly.

This is an awesome quiet little place for a getaway just a couple of hours from Accra. Particularly great for small groups. Facilities are great, staff is friendly and accommodating. Check out the pics. As a bonus, it also has a well equipped playground for kids.

I travelled for a wedding over the weekend in Sogakope and spent the night at Villa with my entire family and it was superb!!!
The rooms are extra clean and homely.
The customer service is top notch.
As for the food especially the bank u and tilapia😘
The swimming pool is so family friendly and my kids never wanted to get out once they got in.
The playground offers so much for kids and the serenity of the environment and atmosphere is one of a kind!
This is one of the best family places I have ever seen in Ghana and I will recommend this place any day for especially families who want some quietness and want to get away from the noise and pollution in Accra.

As a Solo traveler, Villa Ayoyo was a perfect location for my stay. Serene environment and Great service. I’m still reminiscing the tilapia I had. Staff are friendly and well organized. Had a taste of their Baobab juice and love it. Will highly recommend.

We really enjoyed ourselves and have nothing but good compliments of the wonderful hospitality and service offered at Villa. We really look forward to visiting there again soon. The management goes an extra step to meet customer needs. I cannot find anything bad to say about the place. You should visit and I bet that you won't want others to visit because you will like to have the place all to yourself.

My family and I stayed recently and had an amazing time. So amazing we just didn't want to go home, as it was home away from home! Food was delicious, rooms very comfortable and spacious (we were in the family suite). We were treated as part of the family. Great facilities and truly kid-friendly!

Our stay at Villa Awoyo was simply FANTASTIC !! Villa Awoyo is the perfect getaway for couples and/or families looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of Accra, and enjoy some quality time in a pristine and tranquil environment with premier amenities.

From the minute we drove through the giant gates of Villa Awoyo, we were drawn to the sky-blue water in the immaculate swimming pool, as well as the expansive playground featuring a basketball court, tennis court, swings, slides, playground climbers, see-saws, merry-go-rounds, and tubes. Nature is prevalent at Villa Awoyo with two river decks directly on the the banks of the Volta River, and a fish nursery adjacent to the river decks !

The food at Villa Awoyo was delectable and incredibly well-prepared and presented ! The menu was expansive enough to cater to everyone in our group which included 2 young families (with 5 kids from ages 7 years to 1 year) and a vegan grandma. The service was quick, professional, and very respectful.

Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend Villa Awoyo and greatly look forward to my next visit !

The best place for the whole family, the playground was a big hit with my kids, very well stocked with every outdoor toy you can think of (swings, slides, jungle gym, trampoline, merry go round, etc) The pool is so beautiful, a large one for adults and a smaller one for kids. Our meals were served on a pier by the lake, just beautiful. The staff are polite and well trained. I love it, if you are lookin for a weekend getaway in Ghana, this is it hands down, don't bother Goin anywhere else

Villa Awoyo is the place to be in Ghana and especially during these covid times. They have five rooms and all their amenities are for their guests. Non guests are not allowed to access the location. Staff are very courteous and friendly with Issabella topping them all. She’s very helpful, serviceable and most of all full of smiles.
