I bought tiles worth almost £4000 from west African tiles sunyani branch. The way the manager was communicating with me was very horrible.

He gave me wrong tiles I didn’t select and I asked him to change it and he became very aggressive towards me on the phone refusing to changed the tiles and said if not possible give me my money and let me go that one too he said no.

He told me if I short of tiles and come back he will tell he don’t have any in stock and end the call. I believe the company doesn’t belong to him so he doesn’t care. If a manager is behaving like this then I am sorry no customer will come back to your shop after leaving.
