It is one of the oldest private schools established in the Atimatim New site Community. The school is a mission school under the Assemblies of God Church.
The school initially started at Akwatia line, where Light House Assemblies of God Church can he found. The first batch of the school passed out in 1995. They first batch of student who wrote the B.E.C.E. were a total of 18 students. The school at the initial stage was a Private Public partnership, where the primary was private and the Junior secondary school then was under the public school system
It is located on about 3 acres of land. The school is fully private as that initial partnership agreement was abrogated in the early 2000.
