Almost half of the services they have displayed on their signboard are not available. There's no swimming pool, there's no gym. Service isn't great. I legit had to ask for basic amenities like toiletries before they were provided. Sanitation isn't great either. Saw ants on the bed during my stay. There were a few mosquitoes flying about in my room. Check out time is 10am which I felt wasn't good and they literally knocked on my door just about 3 minutes past the check out to remind me that it's past 10am. A lot more than be done to get sanitation improved. And a guest shouldn't have to ask for toiletries like soap only to be given half a cake.

Security guy was very rude to us. No wifi, No food. I caught the waiter washing my dishes in the little toilet sink.
