Coconut Grove Regency Hotel

The staff gave a warm reception. From the security at the exit to all the receptionists. Everyone seemed eager to assist in one way or another. I enjoyed my time there. Serenity in the city.
The only challenge was the limited parking space however, there's some kind of annex for parking

I actually only went in for a conference and the experience is superb. The staff I have come into contact with were awesome and service delivery was 10/10

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, the food was good, I would love to come back.

Couldn't be happier with the service, staff and setting. It was all on point and the food was delicious. I was more than ecstatic to meet Biggie and Twinkle, the two resident pups for the property who were ever so friendly and greeting the guests.

Nice surroundings, beautiful rooms with beautiful paintings. I love how the interior decorator merges western designs with those from Africa and the lighting tops it by giving the rooms a relaxing ambience. You also got to try their food, yummy....

Attended a conference there today and I must say the place is nice, staff are polite & friendly. Also the food is delicious. I had fufu with fresh tilapia light soup. Of course they had drinks and fruits available for dessert. The pool area is also beautiful, I'll definitely return for some relaxation.

Environment is very serene. The employees are very courteous and pleasant. I like the idea of finding writeups and quotes around the building. Their meals are spot on too. You definitely have to try their goat light soup, the tiger nut desert, mango and pineapple fruit juice. Washrooms were very clean. I also loved the idea of seeing one or two poodle dogs around. It's not a big deal if you are not a dog lover though because they can be as invincible as they can be present. In all its a lovely place and you will definitely want to come back.

One of the best hotels I have been so far. The security guards were of great service when I visited. I did not know the name of the program I was going and they took their time and directed me to the reception. The hotel has a nice garden and adequate halls for conferences and meetings.
