poor costumer service, non responsive from teller 2 to all relationship desks.
I inquired from teller 2 if I can buy USD, she said No and I asked teller she said yes and after a few minutes teller 2 said I should ask those ladies seating from right side table from the entrance, beside where the security is seating, and those ladies also push me to the other lady lady seating in the middle table, the moment I approached this lady she ask me again to ask those ladies where the teller 2 showed me. no proper informatoon verry annoying knowing that I am a costumer for 4 years

Avoid opening a business bank account with this bank, the relationship officer Ishmeal Quarcoo never answers calls or emails, blocks transfers, they will call you and not even know the name of the document they want to request. It takes forever for them to execute one transfer. This bank is simply not serious.

The teller and security guard are rude and unprofessional 😡 Thank God I don’t save with them.

The Customer care officers at the East Legon branch are very rude.
