One visit to this gem and I was off recommending it to anyone who can hear. From the first phone call, the owner was super friendly and the service I got there was exceptional. I definitely got value for my money. I really felt cared for by their staff too. I’m back for the second time and I got complimentary chocolates as a new year gift! Just for that 11/10 😂. This is probably my 11th ish time going to Janem. And it's been great every single time but I'm putting up another review because the entire team from the owner, Janet to Prestige who did my hair to the security guard... I am beyond impressed. I'll happily spend my resources at Janem any day!! I had multiple requests that I didn't even think was possible... I needed my hair done around 7 am... Janem opens at 9 am... And I wanted a specific person to do it because I didn't want any surprises but this person was on leave the day I wanted my hair done. The owner went out of her way to see if she can get the emoyee on leave to come to the shop at 7 am just so I can get my hair done...... Now the employee lives far so she had to wake up around 4 am in order to get to the shop by 7 am in order for me to get my hair done... Someway somehow, everyone coordinated to make sure I got my hair done, just the way I wanted it done and on time for what I needed it for despite all my unusual demands. I was so so so impressed that I'm still speechless a week after. It's really tough to find businesses who not only offer this kind of customer service (curated!!) but they really do care about you as a customer... They do. Oooh I forgot to add that the place is super clean, welcoming and attractive... Meehn I have so much positive things to say about this place, the owner and the people who work there whew... Janem, you have won a customer for life... Just FYI they also do the best eye liner trim!!

Best natural hair salon experience I’ve ever had. Been back 3 times and considering traveling from the US to Accra just to go back. My hair is flourishing under their care, the owner and staff are so friendly and knowledgeable, they have a barbershop, spa, and sell handmade wigs too. Brought my mom and she’s considering coming back too.

Their service is top-notch, the staff are very friendly and they know a lot about hair. I have very thick natural hair, which they patiently take care of for me (cut and colour). I trust them so much with my hair I schedule my hair appointments around when I can make it to Accra. Love them!

Beauty services in Accra can be hit or miss, in my experience, I have had more misses than hits . When Jane’m’s was suggested to me , I approached it with a queserasera attitude and prayer. I have had my hair coloured here twice , used the barbers and had manicures and pedicures here. I have received exceptional service everytime. To say that I am impressed with the this salon would be an understatement.If exceptional service is a top priority for you like it is for me then Jane’m should be the place you go for your beauty needs. It ‘s that simple really.

The people that work here are kind and professional. The lady that did my hair was very knowledgeable, and despite the bottom half of my hair already being significantly processed, she was still able to bleach each part correctly without over-doing it on the pre-processed areas. I followed her instructions about how to handle my hair after I left the salon, and my hair is doing great! It's almost been a month since then, and I never had any problems. There is a big sign for the salon in front of the building so it's easy to spot when you are driving down the street it is located on. The inside of the salon is nice and modern looking as well. Very aesthetically pleasing. I recommend this place, and I would go again.

Was looking for a classy place to go get my hair and nails done during my visit and found this place. Absolute gorgeous environment and excellent customer service. I felt right at home. Took a little longer than I would’ve liked but I definitely appreciated the attention to detail. The owner left a great impression on me. The way she corresponded with her workers says a lot about her character; extremely polite and humble individual. I will be here every weekend if I lived here. Thank you so much

Amazing Place to pamper yourself. A one stop shop to get your Hair, nails and toes done along with a massage. I had my faux Locs done and my husband and I got couples massage. Definitely a relaxing experience. Atmosphere is great and all the ladies and gentlemen are friendly. I’m from California and I visit Janet’s Salon every time I come to Ghana. I just found out they do ear piercings as well. Everything you need to beautify yourself is here at Jane’M. 🥰
