Exceptional customer service. Even though the place was crowded when I went there, the customer service reps on duty attended to everyone and ensured everyone had a seat or were comfortable and kept checking in on individuals from time to time.

Because I love dreadlocks and also one security officer have me a better option even when it was past closing time at the office premises, I am giving this place a four star.

There's one woman at the Mobile Money desk with a mesmerising smile who treats her customers well and on top of that, wears locks.
