I recently had a call out from Auto Shack because my car wouldn't start. I was impressed with the service from the office even before they arrived. I was updated every step of the way as to what the whole process was to be. Before the mechanics arrived I was informed as to where they were and approximate time of arrival. When they arrived they asked relevant questions concerning the condition of the car in order to obtain an informed diagnosis. They gave advice as to how to maintain the optimum running of the vehicle and I was satisfied that they were well qualified in their field. All in all a very professional organisation. I would definitely recommend them.

Recently took my car in for some repairs after struggling to have some issues fixed by a local mechanic and auto shack delivered flawlessly! It’s been over a week now and my car drives like it’s new! I’m really happy with the service and will recommend them to anyone in need of reliable auto services 🙂

I recently purchased a car from the US through Auto shack. They painstakingly made sure I got three things in one: value for money, a very good car and a very good car. Yes a very good car. My choice was quite hard to find, but the team did a great job to ensure that I got a real good car. Been enjoying my new set of wheels ever since plus free car care tips, professional advice, after sales service(who gets that these days on used cars). I sent a ford Explorer to AutoShack Ghana which had an issue with the steering rack and other electrical issues, they used their advanced computerized equipment to detect the issues and fixed them for me.. they are the best.. they know their stuff, they don’t do try and error, TRY them and you won’t regret!

AutoShack is simply the best. My vehicle was misfiring and had issues of pulling but once I went there...it was all resolved. I recommend AutoShack to you all. They are great. And ohh...their customer service is superb 👌.
