The apartments are a bit spacious, comfortable to live in (airy) and generally safe.
A community of people who look out for each other.
Some of the the apartments are not connected to Ghana Water and have to keep polytanks and barrels to store water in.
Also it is sometimes difficult to get a ride to the main road.

PS Global is another Real Estate enclave developing in the Comm 25, Devtraco Area.
Prime location for those who may want to invest in landed property.
However, the link roads are anyone's guess.
No one knows when this will be attended to.

I would 💯 recommend this to everyone. The environment is very peaceful. And also the bad roads are being constructed overtime.
