They were very snappy

I was at the GCB Akatsi ATM POS to do withdrawal but my card got retained after I couldn't dial the correct pin since I forgot it because of not using it for a very long time but immediately I went into the bank and presented my ID card, the card was given back to me and also my pin reset.

I've been to a lot banks specifically GCB,but for a small City I was impressed with their services

The place is busy with only few tellers to attend to you even thought they have a caring and hardworking workers, your takes one longer period to be attended to.
I trust they can do better when more staffs are employed there. They also need to work on their machines expecially their air conditioning systems. Thanks

Very good service delivery..Great service providers...the place is mostly busy but u spend less time there service provision is very quick.

This is the only place in town with ATM machine and Visa cards are accepted.
