Pure Plage

Writing as a day-tripper, Pure Plage is a nice easy day out with the kids, for a reasonable price. The beach is sheltered by rocks and the waves and undertow are quite gentle for West Africa, particularly at low tide. The pool is also well maintained and spacious. The food from the restaurant is pretty good and well presented. The staff are attentive. The facilities are clean. I believe both the beach and pool are watched by lifeguards. It's a really nice spot, just half an hour out of town!
Basically, you can spend the day here for the price of a tasty lunch for the family (or a nominal parking fee). It does get crowded on the weekend, but you're likely to see a familiar face or two, so no complaints.

Lovely place! It's one of my favourite place in togo. If you want to rest and appreciate the mood of mother land go there. The cuisine is wonderful and the waiters are so professional. You can also enjoy their swimming pool. "Amateur de pétanque" you got served. Pure taste of nature.
