my experience with Dr Benjamin for the first time was good the second time was very unprofessional. as a result, i had to change using this facility. they charge high and deliver less. not thorough
Dr lied to me he was in the facility only to get there and realised he was not around and he said another colleague will come who never showed up. they never had the courtesy to call to apologize having charged me in advance for my two kids for ear clinic
they charge you for consultation but its never really consultation as the process is just same as carrying out any ear clinic
i don't think this facility is worth the charges.
i have made it clear to the Dr Ben, i will be giving this review. try and use some other facility which will provide you a better care
