UBA Tema Industrial Area (TIA)

Went there this morning for a quick transaction and I was impressed by the smiling faces with excellence service.

Good customer service and excellent banking services.

I did my passport there and it takes me about 8 mouth and still waiting for my passport copy.

Service delivery is super fantastic

They have some nice workers. And you don't have to queue up for so long. The only issue I have with them is that their systems are no so stable

Very courteous staff and branch opens at 8am so makes early morning banking very cool

The place is small but also has efficient service, the bankers are nice and their queues aren't usually long but when the place is crowded you might spend a whole lot of time there

This branch has relocated from this location to Tema Oil Refinery.

I’ve been calling this bank for three days now... but no one is picking the phone. I even went to your website, got the official help contact number (which u claim to be 24/7) but it’s not going through at all!!!.... Arrh why... This is extremely bad.
