Akrofuom senior high technical school is known as ASTECH for short. It is a mixed (males and females) and located in the Adansi Akrofuom district previousely Adansi south district. It is the only senior high school in the Akrofuom district. Courses offered in the school are General science, Home Science, Technical, General arts, Visual arts.
From anywhere in Ghana pick a car to Obuasi and then continue from obuasi to Akrofuom also called Amankyem. It about 15-20 minutes drive from obuasi.
