Terrible service. Not sure if that's the general attitude of the staff on Fridays or it's a random thing. But from the security at the gate (shouting at customers who are just trying to find their way around) to a particular female teller behind the counter who seems to have issues with every client, I'm yet to see any worse bank in Kumasi.

Customer service to me was severely abysmal and I consider my experience here, the worse banking experience so far.

This branch is definitely not recommended.
