Cicely’s Prom, Evening & Occasion Wear

Thank you so much to Leah and Natalia for my daughter’s prom dress appointment today, the ladies were so lovely, patient and managed to change 2 very unsure and uncomfortable teenage girls in to bubbly exciting girlies! Thank you so much for everything today, we won’t mention the tears at the end!! Amazing ladies xx

Chose to visit Cicely's to look for a wedding dress as they promise to try and meet every budget.
The team were fantastic! Giving honest and great advice whilst I was trying on the dresses. I chose the 2nd dress that I tried on and they even managed to deduct a small amount off the price so that it was nearer my budget.

They also offer monthly payments after the deposit which is amazing as it makes it more acheivable especially when planning a wedding.

Natalie was amazing and very knowledgeable on the dresses and which ones suited me best. I look forward to my next dress fitting and more importantly very excited to wear it next year.

February 2023 I got to wear my dream dress, I felt like a princess and everyone loved how much this dress suited me. I can't thank the team at Ciceley's enough

I am so impressed with Leahs work and attention to detail. Not only has she tailored my uniforms on several occasions, but more recently she has mounted my grandfathers WW2 medals and even made the ribbon bar from the original medal ribbon. I cannot recommend her enough.

We were looking for a prom dress, like many this time of year. From the minute we walked through the door, we were treated as individuals, made to feel special and our needs were never overlooked. Our own opinions mattered and most importantly my daughter, Lily, was made to feel special and, in her own words, she felt like a princess. This is how it should be. Needless to say, we bought the dress. Thank you so much for your time and attention.

Well, what can I say! I took my daughter to Cicely's for her first prom dress fitting. We were greeted by Natalia and Sasha.

Natalia helped my daughter choose dresses and feel more at ease because she was a little shy at first. She managed to persuade her to try some different styles and colours - which led to her finding her dream dress! Natalia was so incredibly good with her, and massively boosted her confidence! This was so emotional to see, whereby we all ended up in tears (happy ones of course) Natalia helped my daughter with trying the dresses on and my daughter said how comfortable Natalia made her feel! Honestly the service Natalia provides is impeccable! Her knowledge of body shapes and dress fittings is perfect! And it was clear to see how brilliant she is at providing a person centred service to customers!

I remained in the waiting area with Sasha, who is incredibly enthusiastic and clearly has passion for the work she does!

Both Natalia and Sasha were incredible!

Leah was equally brilliant and supported us to buy my daughters dream dress within the budget we had! I can honestly not recommend this shop enough, the service they provide is impeccable and they all worked collectively to make my daughter feel like a princess, it was so lovely!

This was the first shop we visited in search of a prom dress for my daughter. She was so excited, and was treated like a VIP the minute we walked in the door. Natalia was incredible and had fab ideas what would suit. Leah was also amazing and so positive, complimentary and spoke honestly when she didn't think a dress was the right one. There was one dress that everyone agreed was an absolute stand out, although so many were beautiful. We really cannot wait to return for the fitting and see the dress worn at Prom in July.

She found me several gorgeous dresses but in the end found one to match my personality perfectly! Lovely, personalised experience at Cicely’s today for prom dress shopping. I was keen to support a local business rather than travel further afield. Great selection of dresses with styles and colours to suit everyone. Natalia got an understanding of my daughters wishes very quickly and we ended up with a beautiful dress. Very happy 😃

We was here today for my daughter's Prom dress and it was worth the Journey. The way Leah connected with my daughter was insane. The atmosphere was really nice too we had smiles and laugh's during our whole visit here, and I am happy after visiting a few places that my daughter was able to find her ''THE '' dress here. I can not describe how I loved the quality that was provided to us. it was just AMAZING ! 100% worth it and my daughter left with a huge smile on her face. Forgot the other lovely girls name but she was sweet and Bubbly. amazing customer service. Prices are at a good range too and she works amazingly with your Budget. The whole journey home we talked about how much fun it was with you girls. Thank you.

Went to cicely’s for my daughters prom dress. All of the ladies in the shop were so helpful and thoughtful and really took their time to get her a dress she loves. It was stress free and easy, I can’t praise you all highly enough.

Fantastic service Leah was engaged from the start giving excellent advice and encouragement to mix and match with my Marc Darcy suit and waistcoat. Leah even went the extra mile making a slight alteration to the trousers out of her normal working hours. I can honestly say having just attended a wedding at the weekend I was definitely the best dressed there. How fortunate were we to choose Cicelys?!- a long standing, lovely family run business for my daughters prom dress.
I felt from the moment I stepped in the door we were in good hands with Leah and Natalia, however never expected to feel so touched by the care, patience & guidance given. This was the first and only shop we went to.

Leah, a down to earth soul who picked up the needs/wishes of my daughter (& us!).
You truly made us feel more than a number/another customer- I think you got me emotional each time I came because of your genuine care and help.

I also won't forget how you noticed the "bracelet" that was being worn by my daughter on our final fitting, (esp when you have so many people coming though your door!). You were so sweet & sincere, (especially as you knew this was something she said she didnt initially like the feel of or could wear when we first met you, having a sensory issue).

Natalia, your patience helping with selecting various colour dresses, type of fabric, styles etc and helping to guide with what to buy accessory wise to make it all work - thank you!

As for the dress alterations -Leah you are amazing!-you made this Tiffany dress to look like it was made solely to fit her size and shape! Perfect, neat alterations.
I may be biased, but after your input, I felt the dress looked better than what it did in the brochure!

Leah and Natalia went above and beyond to find bridesmaid dresses for my daughters age 13 and 8 after being let down by a company just 1 week before our wedding!

As soon as we arrived in their shop they made us feel so welcome and reassured me they would have it sorted for us.

After looking through their stock of beautiful dresses and endless phonecalls checking stock they found the perfect dresses!

Both our girls looked and felt incredible on our wedding day and recieved so many compliments.

I really cannot thank you both enough for all of your help and how quickly you were able to source/alter the dresses.

If I could change anything it would be that I came to cicelys sooner and had all of our dresses from there in the first place!

I had been to several different shops to find my wedding dress to find impersonal service..
i went to cicely’s and I was overwhelmed by the way the girls listened to everything I had to say, worked with me and gave me their full attention. The dress I bought was just perfect and made me feel like an absolute princess 💖
I had my alterations done here also and it was done to such a high standard.
Cannot fault the girls. Their shop is clean and tidy. You start off a stranger and leave part of the family!

Recently had an appointment and could not have been treated better. Natalia was amazing. So helpful with her kind words and advice. So affordable but treated like a million dollars. Lovely caring ladies that clearly love their work. I have already recommended them to a bride to be.

Brought my prom dress today, made me feel very comfortable. They was extremely professional and nothing was to much trouble. Excellent variety of dresses to choose from , very high quality would definitely recommend

Leah has been absolutely amazing when it came to picking my wedding dress. She listened to my requests and came up with the perfect dress, although at the time it was a few sizes too big, she soon made it fit perfectly and added personality to it. She also helped with my groom’s suit. Would 100% recommend and go back for any other needs.
