Staff always been friendly and courteous - maybe they can tell who the moaners and complainers are🤣🤣- never had a problem here!👍

Love this sainsbury's. There's a lovely lady member of staff with an American accent I think it is, who went out of her way to assist me the other day. But this lady is always friendly chatty and helpful and always has a big smile just what you would like as a customer.

Called in yesterday, after visiting the wirral, I was having trouble with the coffee machine, such a nice man helped my out, so helpful and friendly,

With the blue tissue being there staff need to cut down on blue roll and order proper wipes like kitchen roll or green paper towels to use instead

Staff at Hoylake store need to get some manners. Lady served me this morning was rude ignorant no customer service.

Some shelves were empty. Couldn't get all I wanted there a little disappointing not like it usually is.
