We visited the store today and had the best of welcome and gave us an unlimited amount of their time even though they were busy. Both staff members were helpful and had the best knowledge and understanding. A wide experience in the Lurcher dog area. They helped us to choose the best option of food diet for our dog whilst trying to help with the cost. Great knowledge, advice and prices. Would highly recommend.

We visited Smiffy’s two days ago. The staff were awesome! So gained so many tips on our new puppy.. We only saw the shop by accident, and I can honestly say that this is the jewel in the crown for pet supplies.. A** from me..

Smiffy's is a fabulous pet store and groomers for all size dogs. Kelly the Groomer and part owner of the shop is absolutely wonderful with the dogs, always putting them at ease by gently talking with them throughout their grooming service. She always take care not to accidentally hurt them while cutting, trimming or doing their nails and ears and since I've been taking my dog there, there has been no accidents. Kelly only takes one dog at a time and for a full groom she spends about two hours on my dog and he looks fabulous when he comes out of there. Of course, I'm sure it will take a different length of time according to your dog breed. Mine is a Brittany Spaniel - medium sized and the groom service is well worth the cost of the treatment. I try to get him in every three months. I don't want to go to anyone else. I'm very happy with the service and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good grooming service for their beloved loyal friend!
