Best sofa ever! Tracey and her team were amazing at helping us find the right sofa for us. We now have a beautiful 3 seater, luxurious, comfortable and at a great price. We can’t thank Tracey, John and Gabbi enough!

A great experience with Tracey buying a sofa on line. Tracey took the time to send a very good video of the sofa and talked through the detail and care.

The friendly staff at Sofas & Stuff Herriard are really great at what they do. They are so knowledgeable about the different fabric choices and sofa styles which we found a huge help as well as being patient and happy to go at our speed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend buying your sofa from here.

Fantastic service from Tracey and team start to finish. We went into lockdown so were unable to go and sit on the sofa we were interested in but were keen to take advantage of the January sales. Tracey sent me videos of all the sofas i was interested in showing her husband (same height as mine) sitting so we could get an idea of back height etc. She then sent me lots of fabric options based on my room colours. Then a computer mock up of the chosen sofa and fabric in our lounge. Sofa has arrived and it is the most comfortable sofa we have ever owned! Love it

Tracey is brilliant. The sofa-buying experience was enjoyable from beginning to end. The showroom is beautiful (and dog friendly!) and I didn’t feel any pressure to rush and make decisions. Tracey has an excellent eye for styles and fabric choices and quickly showed me fabrics that would work well together.
The sofa is beautiful, just what I wanted and incredibly comfy (and the friendliest delivery team). I’d recommend Tracey and her team to anyone.

A vg shopping experience - Tracey took the time to have a virtual "look" at our space and make recommendations - and then made further recommendations on sofa type and fabric based on our lifestyle/number of dogs/desire or otherwise to plump cushions up.

We exhausted every other option before finding Sofas & Stuff... which was right on our doorstep! Tracey spent hours with us over the course of a couple of visits, taking us through the various options for the Hambledon sofa, comparing fabrics and colour options, and organising myriad samples to test out at home before we landed on the right combination. Just the most amazing show room in such a dreamy location in Hampshire. Tracey has been so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We have four sofas now from Sofas & Stuff and have bought fabric through them for curtains too. Delighted and highly recommend!

I have a Sofas & Stuff showroom nearer to where I live but choose to go to Tracey as she is every bit worth the longer journey! The showroom is such a pleasure to look round. Tracey and her team really know their stuff…they are excellent in guiding you in your choice of sofa from a huge range, and then there is the fabric choice. Tracey has an exceptional eye for colour/style match (and is careful to stay in your price range - I’ve never known her to upsell). When we had an issue with a mattress for our sofa bed, she ‘got it’, pursued it and sorted it.

Having recently received our new sofa, we couldn't be more happy with our choice. Tracey was incredibly helpful and patient with us, going out of her way to help us design our sofa.
