I ordered a new rod and some tackle for my wife, the parcel arrived in mint condition within a few days.

Very helpful staff. Couldn't find the particular rod I was after but went through their stock and came away with a great spinner, reel and line. Will definitely visit again.

The web site is easy to use. The item I ordered was described correctly and when it arrived, it was exactly what I expected. I rang to change the delivery address as my plans changed after ordering and this was dealt with quickly and without any problems. The item arrived on time. Very efficient.

Tackle UK supplied my order on time and have kept me informed throughout the purchase. There has been a delay on one item which they offered an alternative. Placed a order on Sunday. Order was received on Tuesday in perfect condition. I was kept updated on the whole transaction and received updates from the couriers through email and text message. The goods arrived in a secure package and was well packaged, I even got some free product DVD's inside my parcel that I did not ask for...SWEET!!!! Great service, I will be back!!

Kept me well informed of order progress. One item was out of stock so I was sent a revised delivery date, which I am happy to say my items were delivered well before. Great service will use again.

I ordered online which I found extremely easy and was notified each step of the way until my actual order arrived via signed for post. Although I was disappointed that one of the items had not been included even though it had been ticked off as being packed, I was able to quickly notify them again online. After they clarified I was indeed missing an item, they apologised and issued an immediate refund on that item via my method of payment. All in all the company is very competitive pricewise and contributed to a good online buying experience.
