Pleased with the service and flattered by the extreme helpfulness & caring mindset of staff, specially Mike and Catherine and Sara from Kitchens Depot. I sought their help to design and purchase a new kitchen to my latest house at Surrey which was advised as "foolishness" by most of my friends as I chose B&Q rather to fancy designers out there. I don't regret now though I had to run around a bit due to some items/cupboard has wrong measurements etc. I can't blame them as their designer could not visit my property to do the measurement (which they usually do) due to Covid restrictions. They relied on the measurements I provided and designed and redesigned untill my beloved was happy about it (Of course it took more than 5 redrawings🤣, but she was right when it is built 🧐...Well, that I need to admit). Catherine was very supportive and right-at-find always to listen us.

The 3d design and the construction plan was provided on their website which I could download as PDF too. Interactive 3d map was very helpful. Though the design had certain flaws And mismatches and my kitchen specialist struggled for first two days to get hold of all items , when once built it looks beautiful. And the price was a big catch too. They arranged all the possible discounts to my design and arranged deliveries in a week's time ... Now I had to return a few big boxes which as unopened (as my wife decided at last minute some changes in designs 😳)

Mike helped us to sort it out at late hours of a bank holiday duty and it was a pleasant experience to deal at this branch. Will visit again and strongly recommend them to any of you are looking for big purchases.

Just like any other, a complete ensemble of anything DIY under one umbrella ☂!!!.
It is always rewarding visiting this great store as you can sort and cheaply buy everything needed for any job at home or work at a sitting: it saves time as well as precious cash!!

There are some apsolutely gorgeous flowering climbers in. That I am telling myself I do not need but I know I'm going to buy them. I said them...so that'll be x2. 😁💚Xx

Big thumbs up to Leatherhead B&Q, currently best place and value to get Calor Gas. Staff always friendly and helpful.

Good B&Q, has a garden section outside. I found it very handy to look up what you wanted online first because the website not only tells you if it's in stock, but also in which aisle! This made navigating the store really easy. We got everything we needed so it was a successful trip.
Plenty of car parking too

Always a good choice of everything needed at home. For those who have a diamond card you can still get discount on a Wednesday. Sorry to say, they are not taking on any new OAPS now. Still very competitive though.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff ,especially Wendy, makes buying building materials an easier task in the heat will definitely use this store again

I went when the shop was quiet, the staff were knowledgeable and happy to help me navigate the self service tills (there appears to be no staffed tills).

Staffs are so helpful.. I am happy the staffs are available everywhere and so ready to help!

Good selection of stock.friendly and helpful staff.plant stock is good as long as they water it .never been disappointed.

Great shop, really helpful staff. Went in for one thing, ended up buying a sheet of perspex and a kitchen cupboard. And it was free delivery.

really good and helpful staff members, I've always had my issues sorted. Be careful with custom paint mixes, and be prepared to wait to be served as quite often only one till is used and the rest is self serve :(

Very smart and tidy store with such helpful staff. I would rate it better than Croydon where people are wandering about looking busy.

Always helpful here. A tall, older gentleman brought me my order on my latest visit and was nice enough to ask me for ID (I'm 28!) He was very friendly and it made my day a little bit!

Great one way system to get in but when checking out only one long queue but it does go quick. They had everything I needed in stock too! Very friendly staff on the till.

I have been to this B&Q a few times to get kitchen and building materials and I asked help from Colin who was incredibly helpful and very patient with me. He was able to advise me on what type of materials I needed and where to find them. He spent over half an hour with me on two separate occasions and was so knowledgeable of all the building products. I recommend every store has someone like Colin and I will certainly be back again.
