The Range, Cardiff

Excellent staff here. Very approachable. When a member of staff was unable to help me because of lack of knowledge, the manager immediately told her how to put things right for next time.
I've been given so much help with a variety of art-related items over the years.
Heart-felt thanks to all staff for running a large modern store with customer based values.

Visited The Range on Newport Road last week and would just like to say that the young girl we asked to check to see if there was a table and chairs in stock went above and beyond to help us, her name was Carys and she checked the item, came to the desk with us to pay for it and directed us to the back gate where she was waiting with help to load it into my car, absolutely amazing customer service.

Great wide variety of household items and good competitive pricing. In addition to that, the staff are always so helpful! They answer the phone and are happy to check in store stock availability for me which is invaluable. I always try The Range first for anything and highly recommend.
Edit: I originally mentioned the only improvement would be a click and collect service... they now have one! I now no longer need to ring to check store stock, I just use the click and collect which is great, so pleased :D

Good prices, unfortunately they didn't have what I needed in stock. Always looks so untidy in there, but always fun looking around.

I was actually really surprised by the decoration array this year. Absolutely fabulous choices, I even ended up buying loads of individual £2 borbals as well as the sets. Great job guys, really helpful and polite staff too
