First class, friendly and professional service from Jen who advised on the choice and price of spectacles, Harv who carried out efficient pre checks and Rob the extremely thorough ophthalmologist. Highly recommended. Would not go anywhere else. Delighted.

Called in to look at frames for both myself and husband. Staff very welcoming and professional. They were able to sort out an appointment there and then for my husband and myself a couple of days later. The service received by Ben and Rob was excellent, highly recommended.

Recently, had my first visit to the Boots Opticians in Uttoxeter. I was able to secure an appointment for the very next day and received a courteous confirmation call the day before.

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Ben, a delightful individual who assisted us in choosing the perfect pair of glasses. His friendly demeanor and professional advice made the selection process enjoyable.

The pre-check was conducted by Jess, who was incredibly friendly and more than willing to answer any questions I had. Her approachable nature made the process smooth and comfortable.

The main eye test was performed by Arjun, another wonderful staff member. He was happy to answer all my queries and even provided some valuable advice on how to maintain my eye health.

Overall, it was a great experience. The staff were professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. I would highly recommend the Boots Opticians in Uttoxeter for their excellent service.

Jen was most helpful and knowledgeable about all the glasses on show. Very professional service. Helped me choose the spectacles that suited me and I valued her input. Guided me regarding offers available to me. Will definitely use Boots Opticians again

Went in to boots opticians this morning to browse some new glasses as the pair I've got are so old and I had them from boots years ago. 5* service this morning from Ben and Jenny !!! Warm welcome, chatty, helpful, really friendly and no pushy sales. Came out after ordering my new pair and couldn't be happier. Really recommend Boots uttoxeter!
