In short, this store is a shambles. For a business located in a building as impressive as this you would really expect more. The male members of staff don't know how to communicate with customers, more often than not resorting to sarcasm. Whilst the female members of staff do their best to apologise and amend situations that thier counterparts create.

Take a walk down the aisles and it wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that one out of every ten food products may well be past their sell by date.

Pay point, this may as well not be a service offered by this retailer. One particular male member of staff manages to make significant errors almost daily. And if by any chance that you want to pay by card, no, they simply refuse service. I can only assume because the other staff have had so many disciplinary meetings because of previous said colleague that they are terrified of doing it.
