O2 Shop Epsom

Very very very helpful! Went in for an upgrade and everyone was super friendly. It was a very easy process and everyone had their specialties in making it an efficient process. I Went for the Samaung S24 ultra in the end and had some good banta as I asked for the s25 which obviously does not exist yet!

I tried in vain to cancel my unwanted and unused PAYG O2 sim card over the phone with customer services . I couldn’t get to talk to a supervisor because I failed security , this was because I had never set it up! The SIM card came as a requirement with my Virgin broadband package and was never used at all. The robotic unhelpful customer service staff wouldn’t assist me at all so I went into the Epsom O2 store fully expecting a hard time and the same unhelpful response.
Surprisingly, Daniel , the customer service representative was very understanding and super efficient and friendly and worked a way around the problem . He called me a few minutes after I had left the store to assure me that my unwanted sim would be cancelled as I requested. If you have any issues with O2 I can recommend Daniel to assist you!

Good shop for purchasing sims and good customer service

I went in to find out if I could upgrade and came out with a new phone, contract and tariff! I was served by a young blond lady (don't remember her name) and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, considering they were under staffed she was handling things very professionally. That woman deserves a pay rise.

Harris is a great and helpful lady in Ashley center Epsom. No doubt she helps me a lot and always guide me in the right direction. She spend lot of time just to resolve my problem. I am really inspired from her way of dealing and guiding. I am a new here but my confidence on O2 is just due her.
I just want to tell her very much thanks.

I visited the O2 store in Epsom on Tuesday. I was served by a lovely man called Sayf. I felt very safe as nothing was too much trouble and he set my new phone up for me without any fuss whatsoever, and gave me some good tips too. He is a great ambassador for the brand and for the store. Thank you so much Sayf.

We visited this shop to try to reduce my daughter's tariff costs. We were helped by Jordan who was very knowledgeable and friendly and my daughter came away with a brilliant deal. Very happy!

I came into O2 Epsom yesterday and I was served by Natasha, she helped me decide what phone I wanted to upgrade to (iPhone or Samsung), I went with the XS Max in the end and Natasha made the whole upgrade process easy she was very knowledgeable about the different phones and even transferred all my apps and photos from my old phone to my new one so I didn’t have to do a thing. Rest of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Thank you!

Outstanding service especially by the employee "Mo" I have no idea what that silly middle age Jerome is talking about honestly just picking on someone's flaws, but I went home happy with my upgrade, even with additional bonuses I never knew I was entitled to until the employee told me. So Jerome before accusing a young man of such a disgusting habit maybe you should have grown some balls and asked him, maybe he was typing on the keyboard which isn't eye levelled bare in mind. Stomping that low to vent on google you really must have a lot of spare time in your hands or properly need to mature up.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Helped us work through multiple issues with multiple phones and always took their time to understand and help us resolve.

The shop has massively improved and some of these reviews are over the top and let's face it, some people just like a good moan when doing reviews. All the staff will help you out as best as possible but some things are beyond their control and need customer service instead.

Made an appointment with the guru, very helpful, transferred data from my old phone to my new one, saving me loads of time. Helpful staff on every visit.

I've visited this store on many occasions in the last 10-12 years and have NEVER been disappointed with the service I've received. I'm ok at technology but occasionally need it spelt out to me which the staff have always done without sounding patronising. I would recommend this shop to everyone !!
