I wish to publicly thank the manageress Teresa who went out of her way to sort out my first time chop chop sainsburys delivery last night. She reacted promptly and very respectfully to my dilemma and had it sorted within an hour which is more than the useless chop chop customer service managed. I will never use chop chop app ever again but I will stay with sainsburys. ⭐⭐⭐ Well done Teresa and Thank you again.

What can I say. There is one member of staff in this store, young gentleman and he went above and beyond in helping me with pain relief for my sciatica while on a recent visit to Aberdeen. As they don't stock hot water bottles at this time of year, he suggested I buy a cheap bottle of wine, pour it away and fill the bottle with warm water instead. Wrap it in a towel and there you have it, hot water bottle.
