Priors Property Management

My Dad was having issues with the signal for his TV, he’s in his late 80’s and the TV provides a little entertainment for him, I contacted Paul at Priors Property Management, he was incredibly helpful and literally the next day a really nice chap popped out to see what the issue was, two days later, he returned and sorted everything for my Dad. Incredible service, I am totally impressed by the service given and the speed it was resolved.

I have been very impressed by Priors. They are very easy to communicate with, always answer phone calls and emails promptly. They say what they're going to do and then they do it - swiftly, efficiently and professionally. They have done more in the short time we have been with them that our previous property management company did in 18 months. I highly recommend Priors to manage both small properties and big blocks of flats. Big shout out goes to Richard Redfern who is our property manager - top notch!

We use Priors for the management of our flat building, and would highly recommend. In recent months there have been several issues with the property both from other residents and general maintenance. Priors (in particular Paul Gibbs) have been excellent in addressing the issue and keeping residents aware of the ongoing progress. They are always quick to reply and reassure; by far the best property management company I have used in over 15 years.

Darren Faulkner has been managing our block - 22 Adelaide Crescent for years. He has always been very helpful and very proactive. He is a genuinely kind person who feels like he really cares about your needs and listens. We have a number of flats in this area who are managed by different managing agents and there is just no comparison with the level of service we get from Priors. I have used Priors Management for a number of years now. They have very efficient systems and separate departments dealing with the management process. I mainly deal with Darren on the day-to-day issues that arise. Darren is very knowledgeable, conscientious and easy to deal with. He even responds to queries out of the office including at weekends!

I have been living in a block of flats in Worthing that has been managed by Priors since before I moved in. My experience of them has been overwhelmingly good. In 2017 we needed our lift replaced and the communication and management of that process was excellent. Recently, some other issues have needed to be dealt with and my experience has been excellent also - fast response and excellent communication. We now have outside works due on the block this year and already the communication so far in the consultation period has been good. I am very happy with them and would recommend them.

Having been involved in the enfranchisement of a block of mixed residential and commercial properties in Hove we were able to shop around for managing agents. Thank goodness we settled on Priors. For some years we have had a close and efficient partnership with the team at Priors who have been both reactive and proactive in their advice and actions. We have gradually passed more and more responsibility over to them from our early beginnings as a Freehold Company with benefit to both the Directors of our block and to the residents as Priors kept us up to date with legislative changes and requirements of ourselves as landlords. We look forward to many more years of close cooperation.

I've lived in a building managed by Priors for over a decade and have had a great experience all the way. Repairs where always prompt, communication outstanding, the fees fair and well managed. Upon selling my flat they exceeded my expectations with how helpful they've been to assist with the transaction too.

Having had the block I live in (25+ flats) with Prior's for a year or so now I would thoroughly recommend them. They are very proactive, send out regular bills and statements and always reply to emails or calls. My building is old and on the seafront, but Priors have produced a 5 year plan of anticipated works after discussions with us so we know what to expect and when. Although it's never a good thing to receive a maintenance bill, I know I live in a safer building that's up to code.

We tend to deal mainly with Darren from Priors and I’ve always found him to be friendly and professional. Super quick to respond to emails or enquiries. He is a regular visitor to our premises and is always happy to speak with residents and answer questions in person. We get the real personal touch from Priors.

Fair, honest, well-organised and competent. Priors took over the property management of our block two years ago. They have proved very capable in tackling the much needed renovation after many years of under-spending on maintenance. Also they have competently got the right trades people in to maintain and service the property. They are big enough to offer a full range of professional skill but small enough and local enough to offer a personal touch. Their credit control has also been good despite one or two extremely awkward neighbours.
