I recently signed a tenancy with this agency and everyone has been really helpful. I had issues filling out the forms and the agents were quick on the case to help me as best they could. I want to name a Ms Chole, for being incredible on the matter and even organising a lot while out of office hours for me.
Very helpful, always take the time to answer any questions and are keen to help in anyway. Really recommend.

Wasn’t a tenant of the company directly, but they took over management of my previous occupancy which was ran by a very bad agency after I moved out.

The previous agency never returned my deposit and were terrible at getting back to me and even the landlords at times, however I got in contact with Chris from Summit and the experience was great. Super efficient service, very professional and helped me a great deal to get my deposit returned in days after not hearing anything about it for 6 months after my tenancy ended.

Would recommend heavily purely based on customer service, based on other companies I’ve worked with by far the most pleasant experience.

I am not sure about other property management, but so far Summit property is a good one according to my experience. Upon raising request for house maintenance which is related to the bathrooms and boiler, it was resolved by them in a timely manner.

Out of 4 years of renting with different estate agents in Brighton, Summit Property have been by far the best. Calum was efficient in getting the tenancy agreement sorted and organising maintenance for the house. The condition of the property was of a high standard and any issues could always be reported without any issue and dealt with quickly. I would highly recommend Summit Property for its friendliness, efficiency and well-kept properties.

Whilst using Summit Property I have had no issues whatsoever.
If ever there was a problem and they were notified, within hours they would have responded and done all they can to rectify the issue.
Calum in particular was our saving grace many a time when living at the property and went above and beyond the fix any problem that arose and be there at 06:00 in the morning when I locked myself out of my room (oops).
Honestly one of the best letting agents in the area and would recommend to any who are looking for a reliable and friendly agent.

Summit property’s is 100% the best place Iv ever let from. The staff are professional, helpful and attentive and have gone out of their way every time I have needed help. Callum has been particularly helpful even going as far as providing a reference to help with parking my car! The home is perfect and the team have constantly made sure everyone living in the home are comfortable and have everything we need. The renting process was quick and efficient and any queries we have had, have been dealt without any delay. I’m so happy to have chosen summit properties to let with and have even told colleagues about them. I will not be renting with anyone else as long as I am in Brighton. Can confidently say that in my experience you won't find a more professional, responsive and helpful landlord anywhere. If any problem occurred or if myself or any of my housemates needed help with anything it would be sorted that day. That said, very rarely did that happen due to the fact that both my room and the property were immaculate with brand new units and everything that you would need to live comfortably. I will be recommending Summit Property to any friends and family looking to rent in Brighton and would like to thank Calum for everything during my time living here. If you are looking for reasonably priced, clean place to live with good locations and the best landlord in Brighton look no further.

Hands down the best property company in Brighton, as the team is very polite, reasonable, and a pleasure to deal with.
The house I've lived in is far above the usual Brighton standard, it is very well looked after.
Any minor issues are fixed a timely mannor, and maintainance and safety is undertaken regularly.
Would highly recommend their services.

We’ve used our share of estate agents to rent out our home and I have to say Callum at Summit property has been an absolutely amazing agent for us. Beyond compare. He is conscientious, hardworking, friendly and incredibly diplomatic. He keeps us informed on any issues arising from our property or tenants and deals with it immediately and efficiently with minimal input from us. He even saved our property from flooding by rushing to the flat and fixing the problem himself. The fact that he is hands on and extremely knowledgeable about repairs is a huge asset.

Summit Property is a caring letting agency in Brighton. Calum and his team offer lovingly and modernly furnished rooms. The house I rented a room in is in good condition. I can fully recommend the team at Summit Property if you are looking for a new home.

We've just installed a brand new en-suite bathroom to replace our very dated and cold/damp one. Summit have transform the bathroom with a fresh new suite which is now fully insulated and modernised, it's made a huge difference. Excellent workmanship, very courteous and also very tidy. If only we had done this when we first moved in! Would highly recommend.

The team at summit were excellent. From start to finish of my project they were professional, helpful and always approachable, which made the whole process much easier. In addition, the end product looks fantastic and we’re extremely satisfied how they transformed our property.

It has been a pleasure to have Calum working in my house. He has done a variety of jobs including painting, repairing a damaged pavement light and sorting out interior problems caused by damp all to the highest possible standard and with the minimum of disruption. He is a very tidy worker and cleans up thoroughly before he leaves. I recommend Summit Property most highly.
