Unbelievably friendly customer service and expert advice to match. Annoyingly, I couldn't log in to Windows due to some error that occurred and it wasn't accepting my administrator password. IC repaired my PC right there and then in the shop within 10 minutes and prevented the error from taking place in the future.

I decided to go with IC-repairs after hearing about their high reputation and I am not disappointed, they have helped me in the past as well with PC upgrades, hardware and software related. Very impressed!

Daughter broke laptop.screen Sunday..partner took laptop down Monday and found the team friendly,helpful and professional..the laptop was fixed same day at a good price.they had also cleaned the laptop too..would highly recommend.

We took our computer to be repaired we weren't hopeful as it is twelve years old . Sadly we were correct but thanks to the guys they managed to retrieve thousands of photos . They set up our new laptop which was much appreciated. We cannot praise them enough. Highly recommend 👍 5 stars and more 😃

I took my laptop to them as it was very slow, they put a new hard drive in and now it's a lot faster now, Excellent service and very friendly and helpful.

I have used this shop a number of times, including this week. On this occasion, it was for a replacement hard drive for my laptop computer. Great service, fast turnaround, reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Replaced my MacBook battery for £120 with original battery and including labour. Sent in on Monday, had it back by Thursday. Made my life soo much easier and a fraction of the price of Apple! The laptop is like brand new 😍 professional, friendly, provided a receipt too and so easy to get this issue fixed. Upfront and honest. Would defo recommend!

The staff are brilliant at IC Repairs, they sorted out a big problem on our laptop at very short notice. Don’t know what we would have done without them. Great customer care and highly recommend them.

IC repairs have been my first port of call for pc problems for years. They may not see me for 3/4 years, but that is because they are so good! Just upgraded my computer, replaced a defunct monitor etc, at a very reasonable cost. 100% recommended.

Went to the shop, stressed about my PC not working. I had exhausted all problems, and they seemed to get it booted up absolutely fine. They must have the magic touch. 😂 If I have any more problems, I'll be sure to come back here, welcoming and trustworthy 🙂

They fixed my daughters desktop which wouldn't boot up. Very quick service and very happy with what they charged. Will definatley use them again and would highly recommend.

Since my earlier 4 star review, we engaged the services of David & his team to update our IT System. Their work has been excellent & the support provided has been second to none. Happy to give a 5 star review.

I popped in with my Dell laptop as I was locked out of it via BitLocker and didn't have a recovery key. At first they didn't think they would be able to help me as BitLocker is a nightmare but the young chap had a look anyway and to my astonishment, at the touch of a button it was fixed! I am over the moon, everything is still on my laptop and it's back to full working order!

My daughter smashed the screen on her Lenovo laptop. I couldn't fault the customer service or the quality of the work. I called on the Friday morning to confirm the screen had arrived and it was repaired within 30 mins at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend!

Thank you IC-Repairs (Uk) Ltd! These guys got my tower loaded up from my laptop and serviced my laptop. The service was second to none and they have VERY reasonable prices! I can't recommend these guys highly enough and to top it all off, they are a local family company!

Called in for a small reset to my laptop, the guy took about 10 minutes to do the work and didn't want to charge, however we agreed on a fiver, had used them before and the service is excellent.
