Unfortunately I have bad memory about UK repair shop

Bad repair for my laptop. I asked my laptop repair about Blue screen ,Ram card slot,USB port fault and I leave. but when I came back just changed ssd storage, set up win10 but still Blue screen and not at all repair and charge about £ 130 I can't believe it this repaire . Even He doesn't check slot. Just said ram card is faulty but ram card is still working when i chek at home after repair. Ahahahahah.
Because I'm foreigner just over charge???
Second times So I went to this repaire shop with British friend...
He said to try fix without charge and refund
third time . I visited with British friend
Refunded £60 and told me fix Blue screen and good working ,,,,buttttttttttttttt
You know hahahaha. Turn on laptop when I'm at home ,,,,,, Blue screen in 2min hahahahahahahahahahahahaha.
My friend and me we did laugh haha

No fix , charge fee
And per hour repair fee £25 he said to us

I will try full refund if I can't fix or repair at all

Maybe my bad because I'm foreigner and can't speak English very well ,,,,

Anyway I will fix next year when I go to Korean repair shop..
