A family business ran extremely well. Bought two bikes this year and the service and advice is always second to none. A 6 hour round trip to get there but worth every mile! Wouldn't go anywhere else. Nothing is too much trouble and the workmanship and care is excellent. I would recommend Bryan and his team to anyone. If you are thinking of buying a bike go and speak to Leslie Bike Shop first! 5*****!

My wife and I love Leslie bike shop. We've bought 6 bikes from them over the past few years and get all our servicing done there. We've always found the team to be very friendly and very helpful. They serviced an ebike for us today and it was 5 star service as usual (special mentions to Jamie and Jamie )

A really great bike shop. Loads to browse in the shop it's self and the staff know that they are doing.

Went in a month or so ago to get my gears tuned and they were able to do it but I was advertised that it wasn't perfect and would be better if I got new cable and I decided to do it. Was only an extra £10(£20 total) which it really good for how great the tune turned out. Definitely will be back for my bikes full service.

My road bike needed a replacement left shifter. Davey got me back up and running the same day! Excellent, friendly service from Brian and the team. I have also bought a mountain bike from them in the past, plus accessories/clothing and can highly recommend them! Much better to support a local bike shop who can service your bike and offer good advice.

First rate service and communication through out

Service, knowledge and choice in spades. The guys through the back who carry out the servicing are always honest on what needs done and the work is always excellent. I was not sure what i was looking for and the no hassle approach from Andy was most helpful which allowed me to take my time to purchase my first bike from Leslie bike shop. A terrific customer first approach.

I took two well used Trek mountain bikes to these guys for a comprehensive service. They gave me some great advice and went above and beyond the call of duty. The results are amazing! My bikes are like new again! I couldn’t be happier. Great job lads. Well done.

Popped in last week with a Cannondale Trail 7 which is about 7 months old and has had light use on roads as i had a clunk/creak through my bottom crank.

I didnt get it from there and they explained the warranty process to me - did a diagnostic and turns out it had bottom bracket failure and chainset wasnt engaging properly. They were keen to help with my warranty claim as i had been fobbed off by Cyclestore who said 'wear and tear'!! Aye right.

Went above and beyond with the service and repair - really good value for money too as i paid and will have to fight the original dealer and Cannondale to get back. David said any issues he would get in touch with the Cannondale rep again - way beyond what a dealer would be expected to do.

Service like this is rare so Ill be back for anything that I need - dont go anywhere else

We recently bought 2 bikes from Andy and were delighted with his knowledge and expertise and also the knowledge of his staff. It was also excellent value and if we have any problems we know that they will be sorted out with no hassle, unlike buying off the internet.
Fantastic customer service and very helpful staff. I would highly recommend. Also there is a great bikers boutique on site with a wide selection of great gear.

On a bike tour on the tandem and after we stripped the free hub, the guys went above and beyond to help us out. Rebuilding it at short notice and in super fast time to get us back on the road again. Also great shop and really knowledgeable sales people.

Good value and friendly staff

Andy and the Team at LBS are of the best in the business and understand what customers want, they also won't sell you something you don't need and, have the best customer service and advice I have seen anywhere.

Do not buy a bike anywhere else ither than these guy as the aftercare service is also amazing. Well done guys on being simply fantastic !!

Been dealing with Andy at Leslie Bike Shop for over thirty years and he's never let me down. Always a friendly welcome and staff listen carefully as to what needs fixed or bought.
Delighted with my latest Giant E Bike after Andy spent ages trying get another that is now out of stock, not his fault.

Recently had my ebike serviced by Leslie Bike Shop, I don’t usually write reviews however the service I received and the workmanship warrants s review, from first contact through to picking my bike up I was treated as a valued customer at all times, not once did the staff attempt to sell me anything at all.My bike now performs like a brand new model even although it’s 3 yrs old.I previously used the Superstore Company for car parts and bikes(you know the one) however Iam now a Leslie Bike Shop loyal customer.

Bought a Merida Big Tour 300E from Leslie Bike shop. Got to trial one first to make sure it for me. I LOVE IT. Just come back from a holiday in The Peak District with my husband and brother and this time I was waiting for them at the top of the hills. Did 40 miles each day and never had to worry about remaining battery power. Bring on more cycling holidays.
