Bodrum Kebab House Hawick

Twice we have had the number 3 special. First time delivery, second time pick up. On both occasions the food was fresh and very tasty. Salad with the chicken kebabs lovely, chicken was succulent. Too much food ,ate pizza the next day. Great service, great food, great value for money

We ordered a chicken pakora wrap and pepperoni pizza. Pakora wrap was delicious. Friendly service, they offered great advice on sauces. Pizza was good, needed to cooked a tad longer but I enjoyed it. Great place for takeaway. Would definitely eat here again.

Pizza was nice spicy chicken stuff crust. Although I felt it could have been cooked a tiny bit longer as center wasn't cooked enough for my liking. The garlic pizza was horrible it was clearly bought in from farmfoods or booker and of extremely poor quality £4 for something that looks like 50p. The worst garlic pizza I have seen in my life

Charged me extra money for my food and didn’t see that they did till later in the day

Ordered on just eat and it was very Bad service. Food came and it was cold and half of it was missing. Food came an hour late even after it came late half was still missing and then after a second attempt to get all items drinks and one meal was missing. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TAKEAWAY! I’ve had from here before and it was perfect but today was just unacceptable. If they had any sense they would have shut off the systems before they got busy and when I tried to call them they had shut off the phones making me think it was closed and we would not be getting our food. I called them 38 times before realising that they had shut off the phones.

The wrap was awful no salad although it Said it came with it same with all the others I ordered got told it wasn't there fault it was just eats problem and to complain to the just eat wich is should be them that sorts it. 1 bit of pakora chopped up in the wrap hardly any sauce and chips where cold. Won't be ordering again.

Ordered at 16.00pm food arrived at 18.10pm after calling. Ordered 2ltr irn bru to reiceve 3 x 330ml cans ( doesn't quite add up ). Called to make them aware of their error, only to wait until 20.00pm for another 2 x 330ml cans to arrive. Still not quite 2ltrs. Subsequently I will definitely not be using again.

2 times I've ordered from here from just eat, my money was taken out my account for me to wait and then have to Google to see this place is closed!! Luckily I've managed to cancel my order both times, but the fact they just take the money and don't say on just eat there closed ,how many people will be out of money because they're still taking orders when closed and some people might not know that , so not ordering here again

Absolutely terrible service phoned in an order 4pm phoned just after 5pm to see where food was got told no driver and would be 5 mins now 5 .55pm and still waiting!!!! 2nd time this has happened now ,definitely won't be ordering again
