Carlos and Alan removed my sofa today. They kept me aware by tracking when they would arrive at the property, and they done a great job. Unfortunately they had to remove the feet as l only have a small bungalow. This was no problem for them at all. They were very careful not to damage the sofa.
The guys were very pleasant and appeared happy at their job. Thanks so much to you. Highly recommend Carlos and Alan for furniture removal excellent 👌.

Nadiia was incredibly friendly and helpful. She was able to answer all of my dad’s questions about the sofa he was keen on, she measured it for him and arranged delivery. There wasn’t a question she couldn’t answer! Thank you 🙏🏼

This was my first experience using Castle for a collection and I would definitely recommend. Booking a collection was simple and a tracking link provided on the day allowed me to estimate how far away the driver was from my home. The team were friendly and helpful - thanks to Alan, Mike, and Scott. A great service to the community.

Friendly delivery guys, went to great lengths to get my new suite in the house as it was a major struggle with little space to manoeuvre. A big shout out to Mike, Mark and Scott who went above and beyond! Really happy with the suite, excellent condition and value for money. The guys even managed to take away a large table that I had which wasn’t being used. Would definitely recommend them and will be visiting again!

Dylan, Scott and David came to uplift two Stag Minstrel wardrobes, a chest of drawers and a Tempur double bed base. What a great set of guys! They were friendly, helpful, polite and very strong! I’m very pleased with the reliable service from Castle to collect donated furniture. Tracker facility is useful in order to plan for the uplift. Staff were professional, polite and accommodating. Great service.

I contacted castle funiture and pav lisa and carlos came to my home they made me feel very happy and were so friendly the service i got was 10 out of 10 i couldnt be happier with what i got im so happy i contacted them i would advise if anyone looking for great prices on second hands appliances and reused funiture i would tell them to phn castle furniture i no i will be telling my friends and family how amzing theses guys are they do great things in the community thanks guys
