The kind man who helped me choose a bed, Shaun was his name, was very polite, patient and helped me to choose what will be the perfect bed for me.
I am very grateful for his on very professional help. He made me feel totally at ease. . I could of tried the beds out all day. 😁
Now I'm really looking forward to the delivery of my bed.

Absolutely first class. Julie, who sold us the bed, had a brilliant, friendly manner and knew her facts inside out. She could not have been more helpful. Hamilton, who did all the paperwork, was very friendly but extremely professional. We didn’t have to ask a question; he had already answered them.

Had a wonderful experience at Dreams at their Kirkcaldy branch. Thank you so much, Clare, for all the helpful advice and patience with our visit. I am looking forward to getting our new bed and mattress later on this month. Staff is so friendly and helpful, 10 out 10 service.

Bed and mattress got delivered this morning first thing and the guys were amazing super quick in getting a super king sized mattress up the stairs, would like to say thank you to the salesman Aaron who helped us in the store, couldn’t be more helpful as we had no clue what we were looking for but he was patient with us and let us try out all the different style of mattress’, very helpful and overall a pleasant experience ☺

Sean was pleasant and very helpful at explaining the quality of the different mattresses. He wasn't pushy and gave us time to consider the options.

Overall a great experience from start to finish. Interested in us a customers, no pressured selling.
Even helped us to the car with some of purchases. Only one disappointment was that we found out at the end that the storage was dog friendly and wee had left our pooch in the car!

The staff were very helpful and attentive.

I found the experience was excellent. The sleep expert Aaron listened to what I was looking for, discussed different options. As I was buying two new King Sized beds where I required the base, headboard and mattress. He showed me all my options, I lay on the sleep assistance, which indicated the mattress that was best suited for me.

Our experience at dreams was flawless, from entering the store to completing our order. Clare was fantastic! Very Informative, knew her stuff and knew the products to a tee! A credit to the company!……we also interacted with 3 other staff members that day, again all very nice people. The Kirkcaldy store has a great team! I would definitely recommend and we will use again 100% if required. Can’t wait for our new bed, thanks again! A++++

The assistant Claire, was extremely attentive, took time to understand my mattress requirements and was very patient while I tried out several beds.

Great shopping experience, Kirkcaldy store staff were great and we were offered use of their "Sleepmatch" facility and took time with us to give us plenty of mattresses to try, and provided very helpful advice, even offering us coffee or water to satisfy our thirst.
A decision on mattress and base were easily made and expectations on delivery were met.
Great place to do business!

We were welcomed by Aaron, a very pleasant and helpful sales assistant. After using the equipment that measured our data, we were shown a variety of different mattresses which matched the data given on the readout. We eventually settled on one particular mattress and finalised the purchase. Aaron was very helpful, polite and not pushy in any way and treated us both with respect. We bought a bed a few weeks ago from Aaron and it arrived yesterday.

First of all I am very happy with my bed. It looks amazing and am looking forward to trying it out on soon. We bought a Tempur mattress.

Second of all Aaron is amazing! Nothing was too much trouble. My husband and I arrived about 15 minutes before closing. Aaron let us try the sleep machine, he was patient and kept the store open 45 minutes past closing time for us.

I and my husband had an awesome experience at Dreams, thanks to Sean. He was polite, made sure we tried all the mattresses suggested by the dream calculator😀. He patiently explained the process and we made a decision on the beds and mattresses, and a deposit. Looking forward to experiencing a great sleep with those mattresses 🥳
