We popped into BH Munt&Sons today to see if we could buy a new clock. We met John, the owner who helped us decide.
We bought a beautiful chiming wall clock - a great price and also 20% off as they had a sale on.
Wonderful service - a beautiful shop, that you rarely see now. No rushing, time to explain and service with a smile.
There were a number of photos on the walls, so I asked about the shops history.
It was a really enjoyable shop to buy our new clock - so glad we called in. It won't be the last time.

How disappointing. Leaving my ring to be resized was a big mistake. Came back dirty, scuff marks, scratched and you could still see where they had soldered the ring back after resizing it. The customer service I received was appalling…no apology and very blunt and even questioning me when they could see how awful the condition they had given me my ring back in. They should never have ‘tried’ to do it if they were incapable of doing so and charging me the money. Would highly recommend avoiding this place for any jewellery work!
