Brought a watch in for a link removal but enjoyed a browse of the wonderful, well stocked shop whilst I waited with my partner. All staff, especially the gent I dealt with, were polite and professional. A really nice surprise to get service like this nowadays. The job was done as I waited for a reasonable price. WOW! A gem of a find, here in Pembroke Dock. An independant Jeweller, so a lot of items, unavailable elsewhere. Very competitive prices. A joy to find, a 'traditional" jewellers. Great Service. Highly recommended. Look forward to using again.

Were absolutely amazing. Took my necklace in today to have a pendant removed off it. They did it completely free of charge, were lovely and did it in literally 10 minutes. Couldn’t recommend more!

Was concerned about such a big purchase online but Mark put my mind at ease. Superful helpful and responsed very quickly to my queries. Mark even sent more detailed photos which was a great help. Order was placed late thursday evening and watch arrived saturday morning wrapped up very safe.

Had my ears pierced in Lloyds Jewellers as a child, bought earrings, gold bracelets and necklaces here over time and my mother and grandmother have always used Lloyds Jewellers because they provide an honest and very friendly service.

My dad passed away when i was a child and when i was due to marry my husband, my mum gave us my dad's wedding ring. My husband brought it to Lloyds to get resized to fit him. The ring was over 20yrs old and came back absolutely sparkling clean! It looked like a brand new ring. If you are looking for a reliable jeweller, this is it!

Professional jewellers, expert alterations and repairs in house and thats before I get to the service.
I look nowhere else for any jewellery.
