I turned up 8am on a Monday morning and drove out ten minutes later with a immaculate Renault traffic for the week. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall great value for money and I would highly recommend KMC.

Just returned a Transit after a two day hire...great all round experience.
The fleet looks like it's all fairly new vans, and very competitively priced. The van I had was spotless, well maintained and well presented.
But that's not the thing that makes this company stand head and shoulders above the rest...it's their customer service! Fantastic customer experience. Can't say enough great things about them.
It pays to shop local...support your local businesses. Especially when they're as good as this one!

My friends and I hired a van for an on-the-road journey across Scotland. KMC offered excellent email and phone support beforehand, and commendable service and flexibility during the hire. Their price was considerably better than multinational car hire companies and they also provided us with a larger 9-seater van instead of the originally agreed 6-seater, for the same price. For a reasonable surcharge, they also picked us up from Glasgow at the beginning and collected the van back from Edimbugh at the end of the hire, which really helped us with the trip planning. Honest people and no shortcomings to report. Definitely recommended!

Great car hire from start to finish. We looked at quotes from Arnold Clark, Enterprise, Avis, etc which were all extremely high. Looking for a local company we came across KMC and, after asking for a quote, they came out better value. Great customer service from Carlo who outlined the various options and booked the hire for us via email. When we picked the car up (Ford Kuga Automatic) it was in an immaculate condition, had very low mileage and suited our needs perfectly. Returning the car and receiving the excess refund was no problem at all. I would recommend KMC to anyone and would not hesitate to use them again. Make sure to consider these guys and support a local business before you go to the larger brands.

Great service. I was let down by a less reputable hire company and phoned KMC at short notice. They provided me with a clean, well maintained van for the same price as the wreck I was offered by other cowboys. I've hired vans in the past from these guys and I've always been 100% happy. Just finished hire of one of their Luton vans and I see why they've been top rated for so many years. Helpful, Honest (No hidden £2000 Excess £500 Deposit small print like other firms). Vehicles are always newer, clean and in full working order. I've always found them to be cheapest Luton hire in area with the best customer service - refreshing to speak to a human that answers your questions to!

Hired van from these guys whilst I had a van in for mot. Couldn't be more helpful and customer focused.
They are cheapest in this local area. £250 deposit was repaid as soon as I handed keys over counter.

I use KMC whenever I need to hire a van for work. The guys are really friendly, they accommodate you and are far less formally demanding than other rental companies. They even gave me a lift to Western Commercial where my van was having work done on it. Much easier to deal with than most other rental companies, especially for someone under 25

I can say very professional very helpful I would definitely use them again any questions that I had or unsure they could answer it or put my mind at ease what can I say a family business that make you feel welcome for use there business what else can you ask for I will definitely be back.

The staff at klassicks motor company go above and beyond for their customers. My wife and i are returning customers, and this is our 3rd car from them. The prices may be slightly higher than other garages, but its exactly as it goes - you get what you pay for, a car that never leaves the forecourt unless its 100%, lower than average milage, and customer service that puts everyone else to shame.

Extremely happy with the overall service and car i got from Klassic motor co. Very professional. The boss karlos and his partner Kayleigh was a pleasure to deal with. Showed interest on a car about 2am on a saturday afternoon. Got a test drive, sorted finance etc n drove out showroom before 5pm with new car. Karlos even "nearly" missed a night out with his pal due to some paperwork issues but he wasn't to fussed about this. Clearly cared more for customer service unlike alot of other car sale garages. Il b back in a few year to purchase my next car
