Tried to collect a parcel at 17:10 but shop is already closed. Wasted trip & journey. Won’t use here again & would advise others to use more reliable collection points. You need to ensure Hermes has the right info online for your business.

My parcel got scanned into shop. Then never to be seen again. Shop can’t do anything about it as they only have scanner (presumably the same one used to scan it in) useless and very unhelpful. Why have a service if you don’t no how to use it. Or how many parcels have you “lost” after being scanned into your shop.

This is a shop that is not open in the morning. It's a paper shop, still shut at 7:30am
I thought a one off, but it's supposed to be open at 5am. Lies.
It's closed now at 6:46 again.
This shop is also the biggest scamming shop in Perth. Check your change.
I won't be spending my literally, 60 a week in that shop anymore.

If I could of given 0 stars I would. Dropped my parcel here and it has now disappeared into thin air.
Phoned to see if shop could help track it down and the man who answered was extremely rude, abrupt and unhelpful.
