Had an issue with a pair of trainers that I purchased less than 6 months ago. From a store down south and I then spoke to the staff at this store who advised that we can exchange for replacement. So I walked out with a slightly different pair of trainers and I added a few pounds extra to get these ones. Very happy with the level of service. I have also replaced a child's size pair of trainers with what seems like a manufacturer defect, lots of excessive wear at the same spot on both trainers. Again the store where outstanding in replacement of another pair but slightly different type of trainer.. I'm very happy to recommend this store as the customer service is excellent here..

Great staff, especially in their footwear department. Steven’s gave my son good advice on the right trainers for everyday wear and separately for the gym. Good people in such roles always leads to repeat business and sure enough zi went back for my own needs. Thanks Steven!

Great service. Young lad very helpful, polite and friendly. Large shop, lots of space for keeping at a safe distance. Great selection of stock and all at reasonable prices.

Thanks to the girl that served us and let my daughter use the staff toilets. Really nice of her to go out of her way when they aren't meant for public use. Was very grateful

One of the best stores around, shoes are pretty cheap and the staff are really helpful. Very helpful with returns as well, as long as you have the bill.
