Always a pleasure to have a Costa Coffee. Staff always polite and helpful. Not overly expensive for a decent drink. The shop is always clean and tidy and not usually a long wait

Lovely staff and follows new regulations so well. We come here everytime we visit Skegness and can honestly say it's one of the best drinks we have!

Great service, amazing coffee as always. Seating is never really a problem and it is nice to see the coffee getting made. I visit here regularly now when I'm out in town and if I want to have a 'break' I pop into this establishment.

Clean and airy, lovely outlook of town centre, indoor and outdoor seating, on two floors. Great choice of hot and cold drinks, cakes and sandwiches and wraps. Vegan option available. Friendly polite staff

The cafe is on the small side, it will be difficult to find a seat during the summer season. The staff was very friendly and cheerful. The latte and toastie was very nice as usual, will call again when in Skegness.

Ordered oat latte with extra shot. Absolutely superb. Best coffee I've ever had from Costa or else where.

Very noisy but lovely place

We visited twice during our stay, dont be put off by the lack of available seating down stairs there is more available upstairs. Screens are in place at the till for the staff and customers safety and multiple seats are closed off to ensure social distancing.staff are friendly and accommodating.

Popped into costa today as they had a 50p hot drink promotion. The service and the drink was spot on as always. I felt sorry for the workers though as they only had 2 staff on for such a big promotion. I overheard one of the staff say she had needed to nip to the toilet for the last 2 hours but couldn't because it was just so busy and no one could cover her. It was a free for all on the floor as there was no staff manning it (just the 2 behind the counter) customers were just diving in and not paying attention to the floor signs or the 2 meter rule, despite the staff telling them several times. It's a strange time at the moment with covid and having to adjust with all the new rules but costa should really look at their work methods and look after their staff.

I really loved my experience Thier. It was very clean and staff was very friendly. But I am looking to move up their and transfer but I forgot to asked for the number and now I can’t find it anywhere. Can anyone help

For the first time in Costa Skegness. Great place. I recommend. Good staff. For the first time the hot white chocolate it was delicious. Sorry, I don't have the photo but next time I will have. Thank's, Costa.

Has I have said quite a few times now Costa Coffee is a joy too see after walking around shops for 3 or 4 hours just to sit down and have a hot drink and a snack it's like an oasis on the High Street the staff are always polite and friendly.
