Moss Bros Basingstoke

Had a great experience and fantastic support from Jas to get hold of a suit on short notice! I have had very good experiences with Moss Bros before at different locations but this has probably been my best one. I will be returning to Basingstoke Moss Bros if I need any suits or shirts in the future.

George was super helpful. Couldn’t recommend him as a sales assistant more. Super comfortable to speak to and down to earth, not pushing you to buy more or higher end products. Went above and beyond.

Wanted a suit for my daughters upcoming wedding. I used the ‘tailor me’ service where Ashley was excellent, he was knowledgeable and attentive as we (daughter and I) chose the fabric, linings buttons etc. even other members of staff were polite and engaging.
I was kept fully informed about delivery into store dates.
Good old fashioned customer service, I highly recommend this store.

Fantastic Customer Service! - I had to quickly hire a suit for a black-tie event in Liverpool - due to my 'Lockdown bonus', my existing suit did not fit and I was travelling within two days - James (the manager) to the rescue! Not only did he sort out a suit for me on a busy Saturday morning, but also arranged a second, better-fitting, jacket to be delivered to my hotel from a local Moss Bros branch - by courier, at no extra cost. Brilliant!

Recently went into the Southampton store to purchase my wedding suits but to be frank the experience was awful, staff were pushy, pressuring and all in all spoiled the whole experience of picking out our wedding suits. We had in the past been the Basingstoke store and it was a lot nicer. So we decided to stick with Moss Bros and make the trip to Basingstoke which is a fair drive from where we live and I am glad we did. We instantly felt more relaxed and the experience became a lot more enjoyable. We were greeted by Julie who was nothing but helpful and with minimal fuss bought wedding suits for the whole party. If anyone has had a bad experience with Moss Bros in Southampton please dont be put off, visit the guys in Basingstoke and the experience will be a lot nicer! Ask for Julie, perfect saleswoman! Avoid Barry in Southampton!

Needed a suit fast for son in laws wedding and the chap working couldn't have been more supportive and dealt with my situation calmly and effectively- have shopped here for years and always get a great service
